Katrina Remembrance Dedication of Art in Public Places Scrap House by Artist Sally Heller

Arts Council of New Orleans today announces the dedication of “Scrap House” by local artist Sally Heller on Friday, August 28th from 4 – 6 p.m. at the entrance plaza of Mississippi River Heritage Park, Convention Center Boulevard and John Churchill Chase.
