To remember the suffering brought by Hurricane Katrina and to affirm hope for the future, the African American Leadership Project will hold its Hands Around the Dome Ceremony at the City Council chambers on the fourth anniversary of the devastating storm - Saturday, August 29 at 1 pm. Members of the public are invited to participate.
