A hole in the hull of a cargo ship near the Mississippi River near Louisiana caused a 12,000-gallon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, the U.S. Coast Guard said.Divers inspected the hull were waiting Saturday for parts for plugging the hole to arrive, the Coast Guard said.
