Residents from across a wide swath of New Orleans had to deal with low, or no, low water pressure overnight Friday night into early Saturday morning. The outage has led to a boil-water advisory for the entire East Bank of the city of New Orleans as a precaution, according to Sewage & Water Board spokesman Robert Jackson.
