New Orleans has been approved by the Cuban government to serve as a gateway city for commercial air travel to Havana. The next step is securing an airline to provide those direct flights. There will be some restrictions on what they're calling ''purposeful travel,'' which includes being involved in education, religion, medical or agriculture business or having close relatives in Cuba. Wilcut thinks those people just wishing to have a good time can do that as well...
