On Nov. 4, the 7th Annual President’s Arts Awards are hosted by Parish President Kevin Davis and the St. Tammany Commission on Cultural Affairs from 6 – 8 p.m. at 64030 Louisiana 434, Lacombe. Sponsoring the event is the Louisiana Medical Center & Heart Hospital, and the honorees will be presented in the reception area.
