First up in 2012 is a 36-hole miniature-golf complex that officials plan to open by late summer along Victory Avenue, across from Storyland and the children's amusement park. Next on the to-do list is a splash park proposed for an 8.5-acre site north of the Roosevelt Mall running track, just south of the railroad tracks.
