To stay or to go? New Orleans residents choose whether to face Isaac | WGNO

For those people who are not in a mandatory evacuation area, the decision of whether to stay in southeast Louisiana is entirely personal.

Buses and drivers remained ready Tuesday morning at Zephyr Field in Metairie, but as Tropical Storm Isaac gets closer and closer, emergency evacuation plans are less and less likely to be used.
