In fact, there's the bonus of smaller crowds. It might not make the festival happy, and we know it's a hardship for the vendors. On the other hand, nobody who easily gets a front-and-center spot at a main stage after a deluge is complaining about the up-close-and-personal view. Better than watching from 200 yards away on the jumbo video screen.
