Hurricane Michael: Where were the 155 mph winds? [ WWL - Local]

Hurricane Michael caused a lot of damage at landfall, but the highest recorded wind speeds reported on the ground from weather stations were 130 miles per hour. The category-4 storm was said to have 155 mile per hour winds. So why were of that speed reported on the ground - Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum explains.
