Okeanos kicks off the procession at 10 a.m.
Heading to the parades today? Bring umbrellas and ponchos, and be sure to get there early. City and krewe officials have scheduled Sunday’s three day parades to roll an hour early in order to avoid afternoon thunderstorms and rain.
Okeanos will roll at 10 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. Krewe of Mid-City will roll right behind Okeanos. Krewe of Thoth rolls at 11 a.m. instead of noon, following Krewe of Mid-City.
Krewe of Bacchus will roll as scheduled at 5:15 p.m.
