A 24-year-old man was in critical condition after he was struck several times in a shooting Friday night (April 26) in the Woodmere area of the West Bank, according to Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesman Glen T. Boyd.
The shooting occurred about 7:10 p.m. at Deerpark Drive and Woodmere Boulevard, Boyd said.
No further details were immediately available.
