A man was shot “multiple times” Wednesday afternoon (April 17) near the intersection of Earhart Boulevard and Broadway Street, New Orleans police said.
The shooting occurred just after 1 p.m. in the 3100 block of Broadway Street, police said. The male victim was taken to the hospital. His condition was not immediately known.
Around 2:15 p.m., crime scene technicians were investigating an area covering much of the 3100 block of Broadway. More than 35 evidence cones were visible across the block.
