Shooting reported in Hollygrove

A shooting was reported overnight in the Hollygrove area, New Orleans police said early Monday (April 29).

The shooting happened in the 8600 block of Palm Street between Monroe and Leonidas streets, NOPD said in a written statement to media at 1 a.m. Monday. Police did not say what time the shooting happened or release further details, including the number of people shot or the severity of injuries.
