Two men were wounded in a shooting near a Hollygrove intersection Friday evening (May 17), New Orleans police reported.

The victims arrived at a local hospital following the shooting, which occurred at the intersection of Forshey and Hollygrove streets, police said.

It’s not clear when the double shooting occurred, but the NOPD sent an alert about 6:30 p.m. Friday.

No further details were immediately available.
