Imelda is causing heavy rain in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. There is the potential for another 5-10 inches of rain through Friday in Southeast Texas and 4-8 inches in Southwest Louisiana. Some areas may receive a total of 20-25 inches of rain. Tropical storm Jerry is 675 miles East of the Leeward Islands. The winds have increased to 65 mph. Moving WNW 15 mph. Hurricane Humberto has winds of 120 mph. Moving NE 23 mph. Humberto is now pulling away from Bermuda. It will move into cooler water, and will likely become post-tropical Friday.
