Tropical storm watch posted for St. Maarten, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy, Saba and St. Eustatius. Looks like the center will stay to the North of the Islands, but Jerry may impact Bermuda.
Imelda is now an open wave. Dumped as much as 35-45 inches of rain over Southeast Texas causing devastating flooding from Houston to Beaumont. Storms have developed over to San Antonio.
50% chance tropical development for a wave that will move off the Coast of Africa. 30% chance tropical development for a tropical wave over the Central Atlantic. 10% chance tropical development for a broad low near Hispaniola.
