20% chance tropical development for a broad low over land in NW Honduras. It's forecast to move into the Bay of Campeche Wednesday. Tropical moisture will move North into the Gulf. We have a cold front that will be offshore from our Coast Thursday. Some potential for an area of low pressure to develop along the front. It's unclear exactly where that will happen, but looks to stay to our south. Eventually it will move to the NE into Florida.
Tropical depression #15 off the coast of Africa is not very organized. It is forecast to become a tropical storm briefly. The name will be Nestor. It should become a remnant low in 72 hours.
