A live oak, camellias, sweet olives, and begonias line the walkways.

Inside, the vibe is rustic and patinaed, thanks to hardwood and tile floors, exposed ceiling beams, and fireplaces. The masonry townhome was renovated by contractor Doug Matthews of Concordia and architect Jim Cripps in 2015, according to reporting by nola.com. The kitchen and master bath were totally rehabilitated, and built-in bookshelves were added.
