There is a 20% rain chance Friday. 10% Saturday. 30% Sunday and 40% Monday. We need the rain. Some cooler air would be nice too. A cold front will move through Monday night. It is not a strong one, but it will drop our temperatures some. Highs will drop closer to average. Morning lows will drop into the 60s to low 70s. That will be nice for a change.
20% chance tropical development in the Bay of Campeche for a broad low now over the Yucatan Channel. Conditions are not favorable right now for development. The cold front will keep it to our south. Our winds will increase along the coast Saturday and Sunday out of the east. This will cause an increase in tides for east facing shorelines.
