Sebastien is no longer forecast to become a hurricane. Right now Sebastien is located 565 miles NE of the Northern Leeward Islands. Max winds 60 mph. Moving NE 18 mph. Sebastien should lose its tropical characteristics by Saturday as it moves over cooler waters and deals with wind shear.
