Sebastien is stronger. Max winds 60 mph. Moving N 7 mph. 295 Miles NNE of the Northern Leeward Islands. So far this year we have had 18 storms, 6 became hurricanes and 3 intense. It is now looking like Sebastien will become a hurricane late Thursday or Friday before weakening this weekend. It also looks like it will not merge with a cold front.
Models are not in agreement over Thanksgiving Day. Euro is showing some rain and the GFS keeps our area dry.
