There is a slight risk severe storms Thursday into Friday morning. Looks like the greater risk will be Thursday afternoon into the evening. The concern is for damaging winds in storms and an isolated tornado. Small craft advisory along coast. Winds increase during the day out of the South 15-25-30 mph. This will pump in warm moist air. Warmer Thursday. Highs mid to upper 70s.
A weak cold front will move through Thursday evening. Winds shift back to the south Friday with more rain and storms moving in from the Gulf. Another cold front moves through Friday evening, and then winds shift to the west and drier air begins to move into the area.
The weekend is looking good. Sunny skies and cooler. Highs upper 50s to low 60s.
