Friday night weather was chilly but nice. Saturday will be sunny in the morning then partly cloudy in the afternoon with highs in the mid 60s. Clouds increase Saturday night, and then rain for Sunday. The good news about the rain Sunday is that it looks like it will mainly be early morning into the early afternoon hours. We will great breaks in the afternoon. While it is not going to be a great day, it will improve by one or two in the afternoon.
It looks warmer for Monday and Tuesday with highs in the upper 70s. There is a rain chance developing later in the day Monday and then also Tuesday as a cold front moves our way. It turns cooler Wednesday.
Heads up: The Pearl River at Bogalusa and Pearl River are at minor flood, but both locations are forecast to go to moderate flood. The River is rising due to heavy rain to the North. Stay weather aware.
