The Spillway opened Friday. 10 bays opened, and that is all that will open until Monday. Right now 16,000 cubic feet per second of water is flowing through the Spillway into the Lake. A total of 90-115 bays may open over the next four weeks depending on the weather upriver. The total amount of water expected to be released with this opening is 10% of what was released last year. The current level is 16.4 feet. It will crest at 17 feet on April 8th, and hold at that level for a while.
