A weak cold front will stall in our area, and act as a focus for rain over the next few days. Areas of disturbed weather will move from the North to the South over the next few days. There is a marginal risk locally heavy rain Friday and Saturday. As rain continues over the next few days there is the potential for the ground to become saturated and some flooding to happen. This is a situation to monitor.
The Full Thunder Moon is Saturday at 11:44 pm. There is also a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse. That is when the Moon passes in the outer shadow of the Earth. If the skies are clear, you may notice a faint shadow on the Moon. The Eclipse begins at 10:07 pm. Maximum is at 11:29 pm. Eclipse ends 12:52 pm.
