Looks like some of the rain will fire up early in the morning. Check in with Meteorologist Kweilyn Murphy in the morning before hitting the roads. Wednesday has a decent shot at some rain too. Rain chances go down Thursday and Friday, which means it will be hotter with highs near 90 to the mid 90s. It's about a 30% chance of afternoon rain and storms.
Invest 92-L is about 850 miles East of the Windward Islands, Moving WNW 15-20 mph. There is a 70-80% chance tropical development. Right now there is a broad low pressure, but no closed low level circulation. It is over warm water with water temperatures in the low 80s. There is dry air and Saharan Dust near the system, and some strong winds aloft on the NW side of the system. The NHC says it may become a depression or storm within the next couple of days. It is forecast to impact the Lesser Antilles Wednesday. The next storm name up is Isaias.
