Persistent onshore winds continue to push water into the lake and along our coast. The Coastal Flood warning is for the parishes around Lake Maurepas. There is the potential for a significant rise at high tide. High tides occur in the morning hours. Flash flood watch just west of our viewing area. There is a marginal or low end risk severe storms for much of the area. The exception is along the coast. As we lose the heating of the day, the risk for severe will diminish.
