A cold front moves our way Saturday with an increase in rain chances. The GFS Model shows the front moving through with temperatures dropping Saturday afternoon. Another area of rain develops Sunday evening and moves mostly along the Coast. This is similar to the Euro forecast model. The Euro has an area of low pressure developing and moving East along the Coast. Rain chances develop in the morning Sunday and spread across Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi. Since models are beginning to come into agreement about the development of more rain behind the front, it is looking more likely. Colder weather moves into the area for your Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday morning lows on the Northshore will be near freezing before more clouds move into the area ahead of the next system. Rain chances look to increase early Wednesday.
