Rain chances go up late Thursday evening into Friday as a cold front approaches. The cold front moves through early Friday. The high temperature for the day of about 65 will be around one in the morning. Temperatures will fall as the cold front moves through. Lows will be in the low to upper 40s. Afternoon temperatures Friday will be in the low to mid 50s. The wind will be blowing, so that will make it feel colder. A series of cold fronts will move through into the first of the week with warm ups in between. Cool Sunday, a little warmer Monday, warmer Tuesday, then colder Wednesday with rain. The cold front Wednesday may open the door for colder air to move into the area. Long Range GFS model shows the potential for a wintry mix not this Friday, but the next Friday. That is a long way off, and is totally subject to change. In fact that same model had colder air for the first of next week, and now it is looking like temperatures will be above average. This is just something to monitor.
