Arrest warrant issued in Killona shooting that killed 1, injured 4 [ Local Stories]

St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office has announced an arrest warrant has been issued for 19-year-old Johtre Isaiah Scott of Edgard for one count of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted first-degree murder as a result of a shooting in Killona on Nov. 9.
