APRIL FOOLS JOKE: Jazz Fest adds a fest date! Monday May 3rd 2010! OUTTA TOWNAS DAY

APRIL FOOLS!
 The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage 
declaired Monday May 3rd, "Outta 
Townas Day". Monday has traditionally 
been a heavy travel date and this 
should help balance the load on outbound 
flights at Louis Armstrong International 
Airport (MSY) to mid-week depatures.


Tickets will be available after April 26th and
prices will be 80% of the weekend price,
with discounts given to out-of-state 
purchases at the New Orleans Super Dome.


JazzFest officials declined to say who is 
booked for Monday only to say "Stay 
Tuned, we think you will be very surprised."
