New Orleans skyscraper on auction block | BusinessWeek
A joint venture putting the long-empty 45-story, Plaza Tower for sale, New Orleans-based Corporate Realty and DJM Realty, a national disposition company, says the skyscraper has a gutted interior shell and possible environmental hazards have been fixed.
