From spicy Sichuan dishes to Peking duck to soup dumplings
Okay, full disclosure. New Orleans isn’t known for its Chinese food. Vietnamese, definitely. Creole, seafood, soul, undoubtedly. That said, there are darn good Chinese eateries, traditional and otherwise, on both sides of the river and the lake, in the ‘burbs and near the airport. Here are Eater’s picks for where to satisfy a craving for takeout Chinese in and around New Orleans.
NOTE: A number of these restaurants have resumed dine-in service. The level of service offered is indicated on each map point. However, this should not be taken as endorsement for dining in, as there are still safety concerns: For updated information on coronavirus cases in the area, please visit the Louisiana coronavirus website.
