In the spring semester of 2009, Drew Rowland created NOLA Brew History as a project for his Louisiana history class. Now the UNO senior from Illinois is expanding the New Orleans beer history site as part of an independent study. Even after he leaves school, Rowland plans to continue adding to the website until it becomes a complete archive of our city's beer history...
