Sazerac inks brand purchase agreement with White Rock Distilleries‎ | Drinks Business Review

Sazerac Company has entered into an agreement with White Rock Distilleries to buy a number of brands. The deal, which is takes effect from 1 October 2011, includes 32 brands of White Rock. The brands included in the deal include Tortilla, Desert Island, Kapali, Ryans, Fire Water, Ice 101, Barbarossa, Ice Box, Mt Royal and others. The purchase price was not revealed.
