The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has begun looking for missing teacher Terrilynn Monette from Harvey on Wednesday morning.
The assistance from the LDWF came after State Rep. Austin Badon put in the request on Tuesday. The department is using sonar equipment to search waterways, and investigators will use special equipment to search wooded areas of New Orleans East where stolen cars have been found in the past.
